Build your meal
At Gastrogrill Muré, you can build your meal from a wide selection of high-quality grilled meats, vegetables, accompaniments and sauces. You can choose between several different starters and desserts in addition to your main course. Muré’s acclaimed wine list includes exclusive high-quality wines from the Marqués de Cáceres vineyard in the Rioja region. These are not available anywhere else in Finland.
Muré serves Finnish meat—the best in the world. Atria’s meat has been ranked “the world’s best” three times in the World Steak Challenge. Muré sources its meat from Atria’s slaughterhouse in Jyväskylä, where the meat supplied to the restaurant is hand-picked after being assessed and classified. The main factor is the marbling present on the surface of the meat. The slaughterhouse delivers meat to the restaurant weekly, so customers are always served the freshest meat.
Muré assesses meats according to three criteria: tenderness, marbling and intensity of flavour on a scale of one to ten. These considerations guide our choices when we create the perfect meat dishes. According to what is served for the day, these criteria, along with the name of the farm the meat comes from, are written on chalkboards on the restaurant wall.
